Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Duration: 12 months

Visa: USC & GC only

Relocation: Accepted (No reimbursement)


Client is looking for a Senior AEM Developer to join our digital technology team in Phoenix. In this hybrid role, youll help build and optimize enterprise-level digital platforms using Adobe Experience Manager, contributing to world-class customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy scalable AEM-based solutions, including AEM as a Cloud Service
  • Build custom components, templates, and workflows to streamline content delivery
  • Integrate headless CMS features using GraphQL and REST APIs
  • Optimize performance, accessibility, and reliability across AEM platforms
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline enhancements and containerization strategies
  • Collaborate in Agile teams with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Work with React SPA components, Sling Models, and cloud-native architecture
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (including cloud environments)
  • Strong hands-on skills with AEM development, OSGi, Apache Sling, and JCR
  • Proficiency with React, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes
  • Experience building and managing editable templates, components, and DAM workflows
  • Strong knowledge of headless content delivery via APIs
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and performance tuning best practices


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the financial or banking industry
  • Adobe AEM certifications
  • AWS (S3) exposure
  • Contributions to open-source AEM or web development projects
  • Experience with Adobe Target, Analytics, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools
